Chief Technology Officer & Corporate Vice President, Product Development
Slawek Ligier is the Chief
Technology Officer & CVP of Product Developmentfor SafeNet. Slawek brings
over twenty years of technology industry and expertise to SafeNet. In his role, he is responsible for leading
the innovation and development of products and solutions for SafeNet’s
commercial data protection portfolio and leads the strategic positioning and
migration of new technologies.
Prior to
joining SafeNet, Mr. Ligier served as the Vice President of Product Development
for VeriSign and Symantec, where he led the development of Symantec’s Private
Key Infrastructure (PKI), VeriSign Identity Protection (VIP) and Fraud
Detection Services product lines.
In
addition, Slawek was the Senior Director of Open Business Infrastructure at AOL
where he was responsible for the company’s eCommerce, billing and CRM systems
development. He also served as the Chief
Technology Officer for COMTEX and INTUIT Insurance Services. Prior to those
roles, he held senior technology positions with Ernst & Young and Intersolv.
Mr.
Ligier holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, from
Plymouth State University and a Masters of Science in Management and
Information Systems
from American University.
