Michael Branca

Chief Financial Officer

Michael Branca is a seasoned financial executive with over 15 years of experience as a CFO for both public and private companies.

Most recently, Michael served as vice president, Finance, at BMC Software, and was previously the CFO of Numara Software, which was acquired by BMC in 2012. At BMC, Michael was focused on integration activities as they related to BMC’s acquisition of Numara.

During his six-year tenure at Numara, Michael oversaw a number of initiatives that strengthened the company’s financial processes and performance. His leadership resulted in strategic acquisitions and investments that successfully repositioned the company for growth, strengthened the company’s financial foundation, and improved overall profitability.

Prior to Numara, Michael served as the vice president and chief financial officer for MTS Medication Technologies, Trak Communications Inc., and Reptron Electronics Inc. At all three companies, Michael’s tenure was marked by his ability to significantly restructure and improve the company’s balance sheet, improve cash flow generation, and realign the company’s business model to drive improvements in revenue growth and overall profitability.

Michael began his career at IBM Corporation, where he spent 13 years in senior financial management positions.

Michael has a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Scranton.
