Earn Awards for Referrals to SafeNet Mykotronx

An “Employee Referral Bonus” is available to qualified SafeNet Mykotronx employees that refer a qualified external candidate to SafeNet Mykotronx for regular full-time employment.

Also, in the first ninety (90) days of employment, newly hired employees are eligible to receive additional monies for referrals of Engineers or Program Managers who meet the above requirements.

Policy does not apply to Human Resources Department employees, or employees at Director level and above, or Hiring Managers for new hires within their functional areas or projects of responsibility..
