• Secure distribution of business information like price-lists, access codes, or prospect data to remote offices and partners world wide, using any insecure distribution channel. Such channels can include email, FTP, Instant messaging or any physical medium like sending Floppy Disc’s and CD’s by regular mail.
• Circumvent existing risk factors like access to your files by ICT, Electronic Document Processing, secretarial services or other departments within your organization.
