Conversion_EncryptorThe SafeEnterprise™ Conversion Encryptor is the world's only high performance, purpose-built integrated security solution designed to secure Ethernet LAN PHY traffic over SONET/SDH networks at speeds up to 10 Gbps. Companies that run 10 Gbps Ethernet LANs on their premise face challenges when connecting to other sites via carrier or private lines at this speed. Often, 10 Gbps Ethernet is not available from the carrier. While SONET is the ideal alternative for high-speed networking, the SONET/SDH network requires costly bridges to convert from 10 Gbps Ethernet LAN to the SONET/SDH protocol and interface. The SafeEnterprise Conversion Encryptor (SCE) has been designed to integrate easily and transparently from Ethernet LAN network into the SONET/SDH network architecture. Wire-speed throughput and extremely low latency make it ideal for high-speed and time-sensitive data such as image processing, simulators, video and voice applications.
