When did SafeNet become a public company?
SafeNet, Inc., as IRE, Inc., began trading in the Nasdaq Pink Sheets in October 1989. SafeNet was listed on the Nasdaq National Market in December 1992. The Company was acquired by Vector Capital in April 2007 at which time it went private.
