This provides the capability to specifying configurable data during license creation that can further control the behavior of the application. Also introduced were two additional reports for use with the Vendor Attribute: Custom Vendor Attribute Report and Feature Usage Based on Vendor Attribute Report.

Application Hybrid Deployment Support – Sentinel Cloud allows a software publisher to license and authorize users to an application that is delivered as either a service in the cloud or on premise inside a customer’s networks. This feature enales a software publishers to take advantage of the entire licensing feature set through a common licensing API. This allows the software publisher, with the same source code, to license their application once for all delivery methods and then when they sell their application they can then choose which way to deliver, whether it be in the cloud or on-premise.
EMS Custom Attributes – The ability to store custom data, inside EMS, for each Feature, Product, Customer, Contact, and Entitlement.
