All of the above mentioned software licensing models can be locked to a Sentinel HASP HL hardware key or Sentinel HASP SL software key. If the out-of-the box software licenses don't fit your needs, Sentinel HASP also features the flexibility to create custom license models to suit unique business requirements.
Sentinel HASP provides customers with all of the tools necessary to confidently license their applications in virtualized environments. Every customer is unique, which is why SafeNet provides multiple protection schemes for ISVs selling their product into a virtualized environment, each with a different level of flexibility.
Virtual Machine Detection and Deny—enables ISVs to detect the presence of a virtual machine (VM) and simply allow or disallow license authorization.
Virtual Machine Binding—this feature enables ISVs to lock a license to several unique traits of a single VM and to prevent replication or “cloning” of the software application, therefore enabling secure licensing in a virtualized environment.
To ensure you get paid for every software copy being used, Sentinel HASP employs the 128-bit AES encryption algorithm. This creates a robust link between the software application and Sentinel HASP Protection Key – preventing software piracy and ensuring authorized use of the software.

Vendor Suite - The Sentinel HASP Vendor Suite is a programmer utility that includes all the tools necessary to protect applications from piracy and Intellectual Property theft.
Business Studio – Sentinel HASP Business Studio is a tool which your product and marketing staff use to prepare their software product for market. It includes all of the tools necessary to appropriately license and lock the application to a Sentinel HASP HL hardware key, or a Sentinel HASP SL software product key AFTER protection is implemented.
Business Studio Server– A component of the Sentinel HASP SRM Business Studio, the Business Studio Server, is used to activate software and perform remote updates, using Product Keys.
