Multiple Form Factors
SafeNet realizes the importance of application developers providing options for end-users and continues to support a variety of form factors. Sentinel UltraPro is available in USB, parallel port and low profile parallel port (ISA or add-on PCI adapter cards) hardware keys with the same program library.
Easy and Quick to Implement
Developers can integrate the hardware key with their application using the UltraPro Business Layer APIs™: pre-configured, higher level APIs for popular license models such as subscription, evaluation or pay-per-use licensing. These tools significantly reduce the programming time required to secure a new application. Licensing can also be implemented with the Sentinel Shell that can wrap an application in minutes, even without access to source code.
Multiple Development Environments
UltraPro provides developers with the ability to protect applications created in numerous development environments. Sample code for the most popular application development environments is also provided, such as Microsoft .NET, Microsoft Visual C++, Microsoft Visual Basic, Borland Delphi, C Builder, GNU GCC, and Metrowerks CodeWarrior to get developers started on custom applications.

One Programming Effort -- Multiple Utility
License configuration can be altered at the fulfillment stage by the order administration department without requiring further development changes. Additionally, vendors can securely assign the fulfillment and upgrade of keys to distributors or resellers. With UltraPro developers can support their applications on multiple operating platforms with a single development effort, further reducing development time and cost.
